Community Treatment and Recovery Center (CTRC) - GBHC
Description
CTRC houses an adult outpatient clinic which offers comprehensive mental health services to individuals with qualifying DSM-IV diagnosis.  Self-referrals accepted.

Services based on individual needs and include:
  • psychiatric evaluation
  • medication management
  • health screening
  • individual and group therapy
  • crisis intervention
  • self-help and recovery services
  • referral services for recovery center
  • employment training
  • and/or case management services
Eligibility
Serves: NY - Broome County; NY;
Eligibility: Adults 18+ yrs with mental health concerns.
Additional Details
Fees: Sliding scale.
Payment Options: Medicaid, Medicare and private pay.
