Wheelchair ramps and lifts
Accessible porches/decks
Handrails
Expanded doorways
Roll in showers with grab bars
Bathtub grab bars and seats
Kitchen modifications
Bedroom relocation
Adaptations for visual and or hearing impairments
 
Eligibility
Serves: NY - Delaware County;
Eligibility: New York renters and homeowners who have a permanent disability or frail elderly persons who have difficulty with daily activities. No age restrictions.
