Description
Offers a collaborative approach to safety and effectively address the needs of persons with mental illness, link them to appropriate services, and divert them from the criminal justice system. Coordinator will work with police agencies as well as adults and adolescents with emotional disturbances who are encountered by Binghamton police officers, thus avoiding unnecessary hospitalization and CPEP.
